Import up to 100 projects in one request. customer_id is optional per project; when provided, the customer must belong to your company and be enabled. Valid projects are created and invalid items are returned in the failed array with their zero-based request index. This endpoint returns HTTP 207 for completed imports, including when every item succeeds or every item fails.
