Clock out an employee

https://node.friday-staging.com/partner/v1/time-records/clock-out

End the employee's currently active time record. Returns 409 if the employee has no active time record. Returns 400 if job geofencing applies but end_coordinates is missing or invalid, or if coordinates are outside the allowed perimeter. Optionally include an end_note for the clock-out.
