End the employee's currently active time record. Returns 409 if the employee has no active time record. Returns 400 if job geofencing applies but end_coordinates is missing or invalid, or if coordinates are outside the allowed perimeter. Returns 429 with code: "TIMELINE_LOCK_NOT_ACQUIRED" if a concurrent clock-out is already being processed for this employee. Optionally include an end_note for the clock-out.
